Michael has proudly worked in the plumbing and heating trade since 1983. After graduating from Northeast Regional Vocational High School in Wakefield, Massachusetts, he pursued additional education and hands-on training to earn his Journeyman’s License in Massachusetts. From the very beginning, he was dedicated to mastering his craft and building a reputation for integrity, precision, and reliability.

He launched his career as a construction plumber, focusing on new home builds before joining Raytheon, where he spent 19 successful years honing his technical skills and expertise. After his time there, Michael founded Michael F. Roseander Plumbing and Heating, operating the business for a decade while also taking on various union jobs with the Local Pipefitters Union in New Hampshire and Local 103 at Raytheon.

More than 24 years ago, Michael and his wife Denise partnered to create Gotme Under Pressure Plumbing and Heating. Together, they built a family-run business known for dependable service, fair pricing, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by every customer. Their philosophy has remained the same from day one:

“Making friends and doing a little plumbing on the side.”

That simple motto captures the heart and purpose of our company: treating every homeowner like a neighbor and every project like it’s being done for family. Over the years, Gotme Under Pressure has earned numerous positive reviews on Google and HomeAdvisor (now Angie Leads), a testament to Michael’s decades of experience, quality craftsmanship, and friendly service.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys scuba diving, spending time at the local YMCA, and participating as an active member of the Warner Gun Club. He is also a proud veteran and member of the American Legion, continuing to give back to his community with the same dedication that defines his work.
